Steve and Cyprus were amazing! They stayed after hours to help get everything squared away for us so we could go home with phones the same day! Made every effort to make sure we got the full experience and made sure we were settled by the time we left, thank you again!

Samantha (manager) was a TOTAL ROCK STAR!! I was at the Airport Road location first to ask questions about my account. I had to walk away from there since the representative kept interrupting my conversation and clicked her pen consistently (very annoying). I went to the Lehigh Valley Mall location since it was close to the Apple store. Samantha was patient, super knowledgeable, and became my bestie as she helped navigate not just one upgrade but two and a details with my account. She is a true gem in my book. Thank you

The manager, Samantha was an absolute godsend. She helped us solve a problem that the other store near us couldn’t, and was very patient despite us jumping from there to the Apple Store several times.
