Do not use this location for UHaul rental. Rented a truck and they were closed and I could not get the keys. They also keep one side of the gas station locked , the gas station itself is dirty and with all the trucks difficult its to maneuver around.

They insist you pay at the pump. I tried three times to pay at the pump, it failed 3 times. I went inside and they wanted me to prepay. I said I wanted to pay at the pump, not inside. He refused, I said I would go somewhere else, I wouldn't be back and the rep couldn't care less about having me as a customer

I used to go to one of their other locations when I lived in another part of town, and thought they were very nice owners. Until every time I went in to buy cigarettes they raised their prices and blamed it on the distributor. And I don't mean raise their prices by like $0.05, or $0.10, I mean by $2 or more . Also, not to mention the amount of riffraff hanging out in the parking lot, which is a huge shock being across from Chapel Hills Mall. I live in this neighborhood and it's always really nice everywhere you go around here. I used to go there every day, now I go there a few times every other month when I absolutely can't go anywhere else . From the way it looks, not a whole lot of people go there anymore.

The car wash here is ineffective. It is the touchless kind and lacks rotating brushes, therefore incapable of removing old, dried smudges and smears. The "10¢ discount per gallon" (if using the car wash) is basically a cheap trick to lure unsuspecting motorists.

Attendant was Extremely rude, acted like I was in the wrong place. I headed to the toilets, she told me they were closed. I was like noooo.... Dont tell an old lady that! She didn't say sorry, they were just cleaned for the evening, so sorry, ; or if you are Really careful I will let you in... no nothing like that.. Had to come back in to get a rcpt, so I asked if I could get one for pump 8, or is that closed too? and she says, oh, so now you're gonna give me a hard time about the bathroom now are you? Never a smile or pleasant look on her face the whole exchange. Just scowling, grumpy looks is all she gave.
