Very good breakfast sandwiches and coffee. Coffee prices are not bad for inside the airport. Has seating area behind the service area and kitchen.
Customer service is very important to me. The young ladies working this morning couldn't even try to be pleasant. I felt like I was inconveniencing them by placing an order. Also, generally when someone says thank you, the proper response is your welcome. I know it's early, but would a small smile or pleasantry be so bad?
Couldn’t find it. And it doesn’t appear on the concourse directory sign either. Valentine Roasters do a great job and the coffee is consistently good but you can’t get it here.
Poor customer service and ill-mannered! Why such a poor attitude first thing in the morning? Short line and no rude customers (from what I could see). Hire folks who are happy to have a job. Consider giving them some customer service training.
Their breakfast sandwiches and chai tea are amazing. Best by far!!
