No complaints from me, the staff here are very kind and helpful, the free food options were about as expected, just some lunch sandwiches. The internet was surprisingly good, and I was able to stream YouTube and other apps without any issues at all. Only my second USO experience since I don't travel much, but it was very nice, especially for a 7 hour layover.

Staff: The staff was great. So kind and helpful. Made the stop in, lovely. Building: The building is spacious and very well taken care of. The bathrooms are clean. There is plenty of room for people to hang out and get some much needed rest. Amenities: Snacks, computer, and area to rest. Kids area is also there. Parking: plenty of parking. Star rating: 5 because of the price and the usefulness of the USO. I have no problem coming back here every chance I get. If this review helped, please hit the thumbs up and give me a follow.

All USOs are great, but this one really stood out on a recent trip. The staff is very friendly and happy to help. I was delayed several hours and spent a lot of time in here. The pantry was well stocked with a wide variety of drinks and snacks, and some home made sandwiches. Great job to all!

This USO is amazing. Great people, great selection of snacks. It's quiet with recliners (perfect for a quick nap). There's even an area for families with kids. 1 TV for adults and the other for kids.

So I'm a disabled vet. I'm allowed access on my local military base, use the PX and the Commissary, stay at military lodging, and I get military medical benefits. But, the USO at the O'Hare Airport said I'm not eligible. We were visiting my son who just graduated NSI (Basic Training for incoming Naval Officers) and was under active military orders. They wouldn't allow him access as well. So we ended up hanging out in the cafeteria for 5 hours waiting for our flight. Thank you so much USO for introducing my son to the bureaucratic red tape that comes with military service. Way to go!!! (Very thick sarcasm if you didn't catch it!!) How sad!!
