I had a phenomenal experience at the USO at the Texas airport during an unexpected flight delay. As a Navy veteran, finding a welcoming space like the USO was truly heartwarming. The camaraderie and opportunity to swap stories with fellow service members, including a retired Navy LT, made the wait not just bearable, but enjoyable. The USO staff were accommodating and kind, ensuring we all felt comfortable and appreciated. The atmosphere was full of warmth and brotherhood. Bravo Zulu to the USO for continuing to provide such a fantastic service to those of us who have served. Highly recommend to any traveling service member in need of a respite during their travels!

Volunteers were friendly helpful. Small facility but had everything that is needed. Snacks are plentiful. Crumbl donated cookies and so a shout out to them. Wonderful place for some quiet time before a flight

Really nice facility and excellent hospitality. The USO is a little small but offers anything you need for a few hour lay over in Houston. Food, snacks, drinks, kid area, books, games, candy, tvs, wifi and more. Relaxing place!

The USO representative and their office truly went above and beyond to ensure that every detail was taken care of, making it an unforgettable day for all. First and foremost, the USO volunteers deserve a special mention. Their dedication and enthusiasm were truly remarkable. They greeted us with warm smiles and made everyone feel welcome throughout the event. The variety of games and activities offered by the USO Houston was outstanding. From face painting and inflatable obstacle courses to arts and crafts stations, there was something for everyone to enjoy.
