USO Dulles Airport

Absolutely enjoyed visiting the Washington Dulles USO this morning before boarding our flight to Hawaii. Thank you to the friendly volunteers who greeted us and made us feel so welcome. We will definitely stop by again when we return. My family and I always look forward to Down Time wherever there is a USO.

Had a great experience today. Was in town to see a friend and had to be dropped off before my flight. I was immediately greeted at the door and given a tour. I told them that I had a long time till my flight, and they showed me to the rest area they have with comfortable recliners and dimmed lights. They even asked when my boarding time was and set a timer for them to make me up so I wouldn't miss my flight. They even sent me out the door with snacks for the flight. I am very appreciative of the volunteers who were their today.

Friendly staff and a nice place to rest. The only downside is that it is before security so you have to leave in time to get through security and to your gate. The nearest security station often has the TSA pre check closed so plan accordingly.

“Dad, they’ve got snacks!!” [that they do] [more important, they’re a port-in-the-storm of the airport hustle/bustle. i always stop at a USO, even if just passing through the airport, to make a donation.] thank you for everything you do!!

Disabled Veterans not welcomed. Literally the whole place was empty. I just wanted to stay for an hour to rest my back. Kicked to the curb.
