Bought out our provider and have literally shown up less than once a month. I left a bad review finally when they asked me to review them and then they called and a guy came out that day now its been well over two weeks again and we have called several times and they even told us someone was coming that day and corporate would be calling to try to figure this out...well still no call and no one has shown. Here is a picture of their porta john full of bugs you can smell it from over ten feet away. This is not how you run a business.

Apparently United site services bought out American portable services. Up until this point we had no issues, Now they are all but worthless. We have 8 of their toilets on a large commercial project. The toilets are supposed to be cleaned twice a week. We are LUCKY if they come once. We have made weekly and repeated calls trying to get the issue resolved and nothing has changed for 5-6 weeks now. The one week they did pay us two visits it was spaced a helpful (NOT) 18 hours apart. Don't even give yourself the headache. STAY AWAY. Not even worthy of one star. These reviews speak for themselves.

Oh how I wish American Portable was still in service! Unfortunately United Site Services bought them out, and now we can't get our toilets serviced or picked up. The local office doesn't answer the phone or reply to messages. The national office can't get anyone locally to pick up our toilets and get them off the premises. This has been going on for three months- no service, no pickup. Strongly recommend using another company!

We have used United Site Services for over a year. The Rep that I was assigned to literally never answered his phone anytime I called for service. after awhile I just called the 1 800 number. They ended up over charging us by $640 so I contacted them proved that it was an over charge, they said they would take care of it but never did. Eventually my wife paid it so that it wouldn't affect our credit. We also had a fence, Dumpsters and a portable toilet on one of our sites from them and they decided to raise our rates without notification. we paid 117.11 for the portable toilet service for 7 months on the project then they raised it to 128.60 without notification then 5 months later went to 136.60 then the following month went to 149.52, all without notice.I would not recommend this company and wish I could give negative stars. Please use local companies directly. Apparently they bought Superbowl portable restrooms.

They bought out the company I was using and immediately the service disappeared. They’ve failed to deliver 3 units to separate job sites and are running weeks late. No calls from customer service when they say they will. And the delivery tech flat out lied saying he met the client (me) on-site and was told not to deliver the unit…
