This was my first time renting large equipment. United Rentals was absolutely fantastic to deal with. I needed a mini excavator. Customer service on the phone and in person when they delivered the equipment was fantastic. The driver gave me a full explanation on how to use everything. I had zero problems with the company and the equipment. I was 100% satisfied and will definitely be using them again.

Called the day before my rental reservation to let me know they don’t have the trailer I already paid for in stock. A 16ft trailer they said might have a 10ft trailer but they don’t know when worst service ever a total waste of time and money

I’ve rented core drills from other companies before. United Rental’s machine was in excellent condition and the rental fee was very reasonable! I was also very satisfied with the service and friendliness of the Pleasantville, NJ staff.

Don the estimator who came to spec out what machine I will need, reservationist, delivery and pick up sales team everybody was exceptional awesome great service call back right away to help with operator error LOL resolve the issue
