April 2024 5* Visited the lounge in the morning while waiting for my flight back to Toronto. The place is nice with good atmosphere. Food options are good with plenty of veg options and hot food. Seating area is big but can get full quickly. Staff was nice and helpful. You can get good view of the aero bridge area. There is working area as well. Star Gold Alliance member can access it.

The front desk receptionist was rude. She kept saying my ticket was being denied. I told her I have the credit card with the benefits for this lounge and she was very short with me. Eventually, she figured it out and let me in. The lounge itself is nice, bartender was very friendly and the rest of staff were nice and helpful. The food selection is limited. No showers.

Decent airline lounge. Modest buffet (soup and sandwiches), but a nice full bar. Ample seating.

This lounge looks quite new and modern. There is a full bar at one end, but many drinks are chargeable, so be sure to ask the bartender for what's on the complimentary menu if you don't intend to pay regular bar prices. The food selection and quality is probably one of the worst I've seen in any lounge in many airports globally. This lounge has no shower facilities as well.

It’s been a while since I’ve been in a United lounge. I used to be in them every week and the food was tired, uninspired and bland back then. Literally nothing has changed except the lounge looked even more dated and the food is even sadder and it’s more crowded. I’ve gotten so used to international lounges, centurion, capital one, delta and even priority pass - all of them have better food than here. A good reminder why I canceled my United club card half a decade ago. Barely better than waiting in the terminal
