Im not one to leave bad reviews but i want to prevent someone from having the same bad experience i had. I went in to get a haircut all i asked for was some layers and about 3 inches off, with some front framing pieces, and it was so bad i was truly so upset that she tried to style it and did not correct it after looking at it. Pictures included.

First ever haircut at a salon. And first haircut in a year. Kayla k. was so nice and very judgement free. She took the time to make sure it was exactly what I wanted. 10 out of 10 would def recommend.

My mom and visited this store today. She is in a wheelchair and we had difficulty getting help. The young ladies were less than enthusiastic about helping us find items. Then after checking out with our items the girls stood around chatting with one another as we struggled to get out the door. It’s not automatic and when pushing a wheelchair this is difficult with only one person. I just felt it was lacking that none of the young ladies offered assistance even though they weren’t busy. I think I’ll shop at dillards next time.

They have my go to here!! I use olaplex treatments on my hair and I love the result! And I love this store. Everyone here is super friendly and very well organized and knowledgeable!!!! Remember, you get what you pay for! Quality is everything!!!
