I brought a Import Container for Delivery. The Woman behind the desk was very pleasant. The process was quick and I got My paperwork signed. The lot was Clean and open space to park the trailer.

Made a delivery and had no issues!!! Drivers need to follow signs to check in office, sign the book with your shipment number time in and time out and be patient and if the person is not at the desk, he is out in the warehouse WORKING so be kind and ASK someone KINDLY and not with a attitude. The unload was less than 45 minutes. With all the negative reviews I am very sure the drivers came across with attitude and disrespect and that is why you will get the same back. This place is very friendly and the warehouse is huge. Great Job to the night shift.. enjoyed the experience

These guys are awesome,,, I got there at 6pm and my appointment was at midnight,,, they fired up the grill with ribs and T-bone steaks for all the drivers waiting,,, after we ate they handed out $25 gift cards to Walmart to show their appreciation for truckers ,,, overnight is available with pillows and fresh linens provided !!!! They even had a lady to come by and wash our laundry ,,,,!!!!!! Awesome service!!! Thanks guys ,,,,

I just delivered here, are they the friendliest bunch not really but they were professional and were nice enough to allow me to stay the night tonight. And didn't take that long to unload me maybe half hour

If you have any issues at your delivery, just offer money to K*ith, some kind of a manager... Problem solved! It will cost you 50-100 bucks, but you will be empty in a seconds.. Otherwise, you can't deal with this lazy, unprofessional and miserable guys.. Especially old, fat guy, with beard, who's sitting in the shipping office, and thinks he's funny :)
