First and foremost I want to make it clear that up until recently i loved uber and their customers service. I have spent hundreds in the last 3 weeks alone. First negative experience was a driver demanding an extra 10$ stating we needed an xl vehicle (wich we did not ) or he was driving away now this day it was difficult to get ba ride many had cancelled so i complied . I was then made aware that they werent allowed to do this . I contacted customer service in wich they happily refunded this showing me they cared about their customers Fast forward a few days later and i get a msg stating one of my bills bounced. Now i knew i had the money in the account. So i go into my banking and see im -$100 . I also see an unautherized withdrawal of $88.51 i have been contacting uber since with all details as well as screenshots. Now they keep advising they cant convienerly find this purchase........ after spending in excess $500 in three weeks this is the service they want to provide. I can tell you if not rectified i will never use this service and will ensure to boycot

This service is extremely unprofessional. Uber repeatedly takes advantage of their customers. I was charged an $80 cleaning fee. When confronting Uber about the charge, they showed me a close up picture of a very, very tiny dot on the interior. There was no proof that I had made the "mess". There was no proof that the "mess" was taken during my ride. They just charged me the money no questions asked. They used an automated message system so my issue was never resolved or truly confronted. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE.

Very rude employee working the door. This place is supposed to help out drivers and passengers but they offer little or no help. As a matter of fact the employees are so rude and disrespectful they need to have 3 security guards there ( out of a total of 5 employees) to keep the peace because of how bad they treat passengers/drivers.

Driver told me I needed a car seat, I locked my self out of my car and called uber to go get the spare he deny my ride said my 7 year old need car seat he didn't believe his age and kept talking to him like a baby he is not. Just small for his size ugh.

I'd like to retract my first review on this green light hub, although that day may have been congested I see why now. I went back to get some issues I couldn't fix on my profile. When I say thorough they were! Set me up to drive and gave me a clear understanding of the app. If you have a hard time with the app they are the Uber green light hub to go to! Keep up the great work!
