The ladys at the front are nice. Reason for bad review is i did not pass inspection for my windows being to dark? Ive had them for 2 years and been driving for them and now to dark. Whats even crazier, my fiance came in few weeks ago for inspection so she can drive and guess what. She passed. I guess the guy just does on how he feels that day. Please a manager or someone tell how the same car did not pass.
For everyone who fails to check hours on Uber's website... don't believe Google as they keep changing the hours. Uber is open Tuesday- Saturday 10am-5pm. Inspections close at 4:30 The reviews are correct Uber doesn't allow body damage(that is on their website too) general rule of thumb: if you want to do business with a company go to their website for information rather than a third party
The staff is very helpful at resolving problems and helping new drivers. There is a charging area for phones, $1 snacks and drinks, TV, and newspapers to keep you busy while you wait. I visited in the summertime and the room was warm. I expect the temperature changes much with the weather. Overall, they provide a great experience for drivers using the Uber platform.
They did not pass the inspection for my car. two times! The first time I went there a guy said the rear bumper has dents, and the second time said my rear bumper is not holding tide! This guy who’s doing the inspection is really rude and racist was looking at me with mean face and asking weird questions where Im from!! and said you can’t pass..because that one little tiny dent? When I went to seattle for the first time inspection I pass! And this is happened to two of my friends too, they did not pass because of that guy, and when they went to seattle they pass from the first time! Uber should do something about it.
Sal is super rad and accommodating. Mad nice guy. I see him and Katy Perry working there every time; that's why I mention him. Go on the weekend in the mid afternoon. It's packed every other time I've been. Other than wait-time being long, their service is great. The only issue that takes away from a 5-star rating is that Uber Inc. doesnt have phone numbers for any of their Greenlight offices.
