Uber Cinecenter Pop-up SantaCruz, BO
What people are saying
At first, it seemed like it was worth it. But considering you have to put gas, keep your car looking clean and good, and have it smell good...it doesn't seem like it is in the driver's favor. The rides seem further and longer...not to mention it seems like I'm getting paid less. Now...their customer service is via chat ...customer service is horrible! I do not recommend driving for them since it is your vehicle and time.
Update people that you are moving using maps, not paper at the door. People travel for hours to get here.
Uber office no longer at 121 Interpark in San Antonio. They moved 2 years ago and no new address is know.
When the driver picked me up. When I got in his app was not showing the destination he told me. He called to see my app which I showed him mine where I was charged and that it showed the destination. He told me he refused to take me bc he would not get paid. I explained that I was charged for the ride. He started yelling at me. When I was asking him a a question he pointed to I his phone and said “you can’t see that?” I told him no. He said “you have glasses”. I told him they were reading glasses and explained I had cataracts. He started yelling again and putting me down. Telling me very negative hurtful things. I had been asking why he was yelling at me, over a cpl minutes. At the point of what he said after I said I had cataracts, I did raise my voice back at him- I was hurt, embarrassed, angry. I could not understand why he did that. When I raised my voice he told me he was canceling the ride and calling the police. I asked why bc he had been yelling at me first for a cpl mins already. I got out and slammed his door. And yes, I did hold up my middle finger to him. Uber/ why would you allow your drivers to be able to do that to a rider? Uber, tonight I was dealing with something so overwhelmingly painful, that’s why I called Uber. I needed to just go somewhere and think. I needed to have a few moments to breathe. My plan was to go for coffee. Instead, I’m sitting on this rock contemplating suicide. Your driver treated me so beyond wrong. Why would you allow this to happen?
Estella in San Antonio is the worst Uber driver that I have ever encountered and was extremely rude to me just very unprofessional. Had a terrible experience overall with her. Hope I never get her again.
