Everytime I come the woman's Bathrooom is closed 😡?? And the men's door is wide open... They also have vending machines & place to charge Electric cars, huge lot for rideshare cars.

Just a place I came to wait in a cell phone lot for an arrival. Plenty of parking compared to other airports. Minus one star for having to go through airport traffic instead of directly from surrounding streets. Didn't use bathroom.
A passenger urinated on my back seat. The seat is a dark black color so pictures would not show the stain. Uber refused to compensate me for the professional cleaning I had to avail myself of. I can still smell the urine. Uber is unbelievable.
The lot is just a waiting lot for the Uber and Lyft drivers. The females bathroom door is closed and locked because it is keypad entry only. It’s for the safety of the female rideshare drivers, and the liability of the airport/MassDot as they DO NOT have security or an employee on-site 24/7. There is a sign near the females restroom to contact MassDOT for the code. There is also a Shell gas station right around the corner with public restrooms as well (usually cleaner than the lot anyways).
