I definitely recommend Usave car rental to anybody and everybody in or around Auburn / Opelika area in need of a vehicle. they are very reasonably priced (cheap) and extremely friendly. I was even surprised they answered the Facebook chat very timely even outside of regular business hours. even though my circumstances were not able to rent the vehicle right now when I am ready I will definitely be coming to this location hand down. This is the most unprofessional rental I've ever been to. I'm never renting from them again and advise people to stay far far away. Business here sucks!!! The vehicle I rented put me and my family down. Do you know what MIKE told when I called to treat the vehicle as if it's yours. Was know help with trying to fix the problem didn't car about me nor my family.....Yes this is the branch on Auburn Opelika rd. Very disrespectful very.......

I would have given 0 stars if I could have I made my reservation a month ago and paid my money just for them to tell me the day I had to pick up that they didn't have the vehicle but could give me something smaller and I have to pay more money so I asked for my money back they say they have to mail it in 10 days
