Had rented out a U-Box and had it shipped to Watertown. After having unloaded it we've been waiting several hours and spent over a half hour and counting to have it moved. Definitely needs to work on customer service

Staff is hit or miss... They always seem to be busy. It is the only U-Haul that offers everything in one place. Not really a bad thing, they are always stocked with any of your moving needs. If your willing to pay for the items on hand.
