Worst Uhaul experience I've ever had. I was given a truck that was leaking oil and then told they didn't have a replacement for me. A Uhaul representative had to find me a new truck which was wasted 3 hours of my time. Even though I never took their truck off the lot, they still charged my credit card. Shady business practices all around. Avoid.

Very quick and easy drop off, the attendant came out and met me as I was filling the gad back up, there were already uhaul parked along the side of the area so it was obvious where to put it, he instructed me to back the truck in and after I gave him the key said I was good to go. It was quick and easy and they are open until midnight. I had a great uhaul experience :)

This was the worst experience ever for me. The lady had to input my information twice. When returning the truck the attendant was like just leave the key. A couple weeks later I received another charge for an additional day even tho I rented and returned on the same day. Nobody at the store could help me. I do give credit to customer service they were great. I will never return to this location.

I arrived to pick up my truck for a time sensitive move and the truck was not present at the location. The gas station attendant began to blather wildly in a foreign tongue when i queried him on my reservation. I will not be using UHAUL again, the time sensitive move was cancelled and peoples money and more importantly time are of no importance to UHAUL.

Reservation was made and then the truck was given away. This was a time sensitive move and having to find a new truck last minute put me and my children in danger as it tipped of a violent person we were moving before we could actually leave.
