The location detection in the Android app didn't work. I used Chrome for pickup. Natasha from service desk was very helpful.

Our initial reservation for a 6x12 trailer, which are in high demand, was messed up at another location. The team at this U-Hual location in Aberdeen were able to get us squared within a moment's notice. They were friendly, professional, and extremely helpful. They honestly saved the day as we had a whole team of movers (family/friends) waiting on us. In addition, all the equipment was ready to go and functioned great. The store location was also clean and well organized. I highly recommend this location. We have another move coming up in a couple of months and will definitely use this location again. Thank you!

Too expensive charge you for tolls bad service lack professional ethics.

We had so many issues with U-Haul booking and reservation. Trying to get help from the local office was a nightmare. We would not recommend anyone using U-Haul in general, but especially this site.
