I reserved a 10' TRUCK on the app 5 days in advanced for after hours pick up, I get there go through the process on the app and found out they left me a key in the afterhours box for a CARGO VAN, i called the owner and he said that "U haul never informed him of the reservation" even though they themselves put the key in the afterhours box for me to pick it up. Then the next day they sent me an email invoice with an totally different cargo van number with different mileage, different gas than the one they gave me. I called them again and said that that wasn't the cargo van they gave me and the gal on the phone said " Well I had to guess what van it was because I've been calling you and you don't answer". Jesus are these people on drugs. . I'M NEVER, NEVER ,EVER renting from this place again.

New owner Laurie has completely revamped this place to another level, so much better from previous owners

This this was a bad U-Haul experience. The old man running the place just can't see well enough to use the computer to check out trailers. Additionally, the trailer he rented us back left light did not work. Not safe. If you do rent from this location expect it to take 1h for pick up even if you order on line. The place is a mess as well see photos below.
