The lady was very nice and professional and they did have a busy day but she still very kind. This was my first time using a u-haul and she showed me how to work the ramp and everything else. I was very happy and I will say confident using the truck. I will use them again. Thank u very much, I don't know the lady name but I really appreciate it.

Highly recommend visiting this U-Haul location! I have worked with U-Haul many times and it has always been a hassle and very stressful. Today I had the best experience with Ms Trudy! Not only did she go above and beyond she made sure everything happened in a timely manner. Not only for me but everyone that came in and out!

Great person I dealt with, helped me get the car loaded correctly. Had no issues towing the car. Check on the trailer twice didn't have to make any adjustments. Thanks

The lady at Carolina Monument was extremely sweet. She had the keys ready for us and returning the vehicle was a breeze. The pickup was also extremely clean and very nice! No issues here and we will definitely be renting from this location again in the future.

Was paying with a gift certificate, but they charged my card instead. Have called in several times over a week and not received my money back. The person running this place is either incompetent or malicious. Do not rent here or with Uhaul.
