I made I line reservation with lady. Was told one price and explained where I was going. How far to the exact mileage. Then come to pick up she asked again all the same information. Did all again and lady told me to add extra 50 miles. Did that returned a day early. Apparently the lady did not input my reservation correctly. So returns it nobody called me to say anything. Got email stating I went over some miles . I called to explain what I charged and told . Before me and my husband left the lady told us. This is the price and we are good. We asked again because we wanted to make sure it wouldn’t be. Any issue or mistakes. To my knowledge as told by uhal customer service she made error. As a customer how is that my fault when I told her . What I was doing and going she kept saying no your good and you paid . Nothing else need to be done. Now I am told something difficult stating I have to pay extra 300 off dollars cray to me never had this bad experience in my life because someone messed up

We used the U-Haul to move from Constantine apartments to Hobson city apartments the in town travel truck costed us 20 dollars plus the gas and milage they straight

Needed to rent a trailer and they suggested one way rental instead because cheaper to do that way. Had no idea. So did one way rental instead.

Good place to rent equipment when moving, trucks, tow dollys etc.
