Avoid this place!! I returned the u-haul truck after I used it for a couple of hrs. I supposed to returned it the next day. I gave my paperwork to the person in charge. he told me that everything was ok. I suppose to return the truck with 1/4 of tank of gas and I did. I am glad that I saved the documents that shows the gas gage and took a pic of it. This guy charge me $68 in my bank debit card without contacting me after I left. I called him and ask why? He said that someone else in the home office did. The charge was for 8 gallons of gas!. I contact customer service and they told me that this guy was the one doing the charge. I called him back and he started acting like this was a mistake. Obviously this people has Honesty and integrity issues. What are they doing it’s criminal. They should go to jail!

Avoid this location at all costs. From not being open during posted business hours, requiring me to spend hours on the phone to pick up a trailer I had reserved earlier that day to retaliating my complaints by charging many extra fees that even U-Haul corporate stated were invalid and inappropriate this place is a mess. The manager, Heather, even left me a voicemail stating she was calling the police on me when I was late returning the trailer (because of the delay in use she caused). Complete lack of professionalism. There are plenty of other dealers in the area that are much better to deal with.

This shouldn't even be an u-haul rental. I made an online reservation and nobody was there at pick up time for my reservation nobody answered the phone call and I called an hour before pickup time to make sure they were still there because the holiday weekend and then as we pulled up. So we took our business elsewhere and had to call customer service to cancel our reservation. Very disappointed and frustrated and disgusted with the service.
