I made my reservation online for a truck, a box dolly, an appliance dolly, and 1/2 dozen furniture pads. They did not have the furniture dolly so I had to drive the rental to a secondary location to collect that (that guy was cool - didn't charge me) which added mileage to my in-town rental which is charged BY THE MILE. The back of the truck was also left open under a tree and was full of debris. The truck died on the second day and a technician had to come and replace the battery. This happened late in the afternoon and prevented me from returning the truck before closing. During my self-checkout process I opted to reject the proposed charges because they added a third day, and received a message that someone would contact me within 48 hours to resolve the issue. I never received that phone call, but the hold amount was charged through so I thought that was the end of it. 30 days later a second charge for the remainder of the full proposed amount was charged to my card. I disputed the charge with my bank and reached out directly to U-Haul. They said that because it is an in-town rental all communication and charges are handled by the rental location. I did not know this. U-haul did refund some of the charges to make up for the incredibly poor customer service I received from this location. My experience with U-Haul overall has been historically good. The service at this location was terrible though. Do yourself a favor and drive to a different one.

Booked UHaul truck online, came in the day of rental, hassle free. In and out in about 5-8 minutes. Came back and they just checked the gas tank. Very friendly and fast service from Richie! Definitely recommend

Came in wanting to rent a U-Haul Car Trailer for that same day and this location luckily had 3 in stock! I was welcomed by Richie who helped us out through the entire process and made everything extremely easy and smooth. I would recommend this location to anyone in the area needing a U-Haul, and reach out to Richie for any help, he's extremely kind and helpful!

Charged me for 48 hrs, I used the truck for only 8hrs. Had to call 3 times to straighten things out. Very poor handling from U-haul too. The truck was very dirty.
