Lightfoot's Towing. Super convenient online check-in/out. Recommend using the main website customer portal. App is useless for uploading photos and geolocating your position relative to the vehicle. In fact, the app locks you out from the check-in/out process even after allowing all the permissions it requests. However, the main U-Haul website is smooth and effortless. The vehicle was less than ideal but served its purpose. Interior was dirty and the transmission was slipping. I had to constantly switch the transmission out of tow mode because the ECM was malfunctioning. Other than that, it was easy on the fuel. I'm not sure why the add says $19.95/day when the rate always starts at $29.95. My total charge was $66.00 including mileage (15 @ $.99/mi), $15.00 safe move insurance (always buy the insurance when moving stuff), and tax. All-in-all, a decent experience. ⭐️⭐️⭐️ because of equipment condition and maintenance issues. I'm gonna try elsewhere next rental. This place will make my list of alternates.

Constantly gave a go around on of they deliver the truck or not. Decided to drop them and go with a different company.

I had reservation to pick up moving truck in mid-June at Lightfoots U-Haul. I arrived on time and was told that owner had "family emergency" and could not rent truck (though several were on the lot), they told me to call U-Haul. Two employees were present, but were tow truck drivers for Lightfoot's, apparently not allowed/trained to rent U-Haul trucks. Employees were pleasant, but there should have been a back up to help customers if owner is unavailable. I spent an hour on the phone with U-Haul to change reservation, more time to pick up at another location. I've used Lightfoots for towing before and been really pleased, but I can not recommend for U-Haul rental.

These guys were very quick with service. Cheap to rent a car dolly here. Friendly service and were lenient on being a little late for the return. I recommend this place for uhaul renting

Their lack of effective communication between HQ and the local businesses caused me extra stress and work.
