This drop off location overcharged me for number of days after I returned the vehicle early, lied about fuel when I have video of fueling it up. Clean up fee stated for a Starbucks cup.Added two separate fees for safe move when I denied coverage. I am awaiting response to investigation and will never use them again. They are crooks. The video/recording will show it all.

We tried to check-in online when we got there. No luck. So we had to go in and do all the paperwork there. When returning the truck, we used the app, after calling U-haul to get help signing in as it still would not let us. The only "bad" part about check-out is all of the pictures you have to take everything you get to a new page. It was raining, so just when you thought you were done, you had to get out of the car again for another photo. I understand the need, but was frustrated.
