Second time renting a Uhaul from him. Both times I told him I needed 200 miles, he charged me deposit for the 200 miles. Well, on the paperwork he only put 100 miles, which I didn't notice until closer to time of turn in. Therefore, he ends up keeping my full deposit of $150 plus charges my card an extra $110 on top of the deposit.(which is still too much for the "extra" miles). So, $260 for a 24 hour rental with 197 miles once and 210 miles the next time. So please check over your paperwork Before you leave the store to make sure everything is correct. Because .79cent per miles adds up FAST! He's pretty much stealing from customers while making it seem legit. Shame shame.

he has two locations very close together (about half a mile away is the other lot) so be mindful of that, but beyond that he has the best selection of vehicles and I have never had one dirty or unmaintained. Very timely response from him as well if I need one quickly (I own a business so I use them pretty regularly). He also has a gas station at one of the lots so you can use to refill the tank and get better priced gas than most places and super convenient.

Nice, friendly clerk. Was a little inconvenienced because he had to run the register at the same time. Easy check out process since I set up an account online. Convenient location.

Made a reservation with this guy and called to change the time and he said he didn’t remember me and we just spoke YESTERDAY. Come to find out he put my reservation in another location. Instead of apologizing and trying to fix it he just over talked me and told me to call customer service. Got my reservation canceled and called back to make a new one he refused service. He was rude and blamed me for his mistake when I reserved with him over the phone. Would NOT recommend getting a truck from here to anyone.
