Don’t bother coming to this branch. No one shows up during their INCREDIBLY limited hours. This business is a joke & a waste of your time. Go to Muncie or Anderson. 👎

Amazing service! Someone failed to return their U-haul on time, so it wasn't available at my pick-up time. The gentleman here did everything he could to get us an appropriate truck.
