This place clearly fabricated the vehicle's final fuel level. I travelled 15 miles, put 6 gallons in the tank, and was still charged for 9 more gallons. No way that truck clocked 1mpg. This place rips you off.

Booked a Uhaul from the Athens Pizza location for 18th July. At 4:30, my app said 'no equipment has been assigned to the booking'. I call up customer care - 15 minutes later, I am received by a lady who quite nonchalantly said "The previous users haven't returned it - so I cannot give you a truck there right now". All the while, there is a truck exactly like the one I wanted in the lot. I informed her about that, but 'I can't assign you that one because the keys haven't been returned correctly'. I asked the person at the counter who said if I talked to Uhaul reps and tell them, I could get the keys - all they require is authorization. Suddenly, Uhaul rep on the phone changes my pickup location to Oconee street shell fuel station on the fly and tells me she's done that in a rather final tone. I have no options left because the information in the mobile app has changed already. I pick up a truck almost half an hour late - I am late to a meeting point that was later in the evening and missed out on some furniture I really wanted. While passing alongside the Athens Pizza location three times during my pickups, the truck I mentioned earlier was right there. I got a refund coupon, but it is almost like saying - okay whatever, take this and leave.

This Uhaul was truly a dump. The location was actually a convenience store. The staff were polite but a bit slow. Even after having reserved a truck days prior online with U-Haul we still spent almost 2 hours trying to pick up a truck that we had already reserved. The first truck they gave us had some issues so they had to give us a back up truck. We had already been delayed as U-Haul called us and told us we couldn't have it that morning and we had to pick it up at 6 p.m. . It was 8 by the time we got to the house and our help could only give us a short time as it was so late. The next day we discovered the truck leaked when it rained! Once we got on the road we didn't have any problems with a truck and it was easy to return but the delays and the leak was surely frustrating.
