I had a SCHEDULED RESERVATION DROP OFF at this location. Upon arrival they refused my return. I spent 30 minutes trying to find another location then another 90 minutes going out of my way. I almost missed my return flight home. This place is nothing other than a dirty gas station with rude personnel. AVOID AT ALL COSTS

DON'T NOT TRUST THEM. I had everything set on my phone, total was set and all. I got there at the time specified and no one was there! You have to call them to even get anyone there. Then when they finally showed up they took about 15 minutes to get logged in. Then they gave me my total and it was $60 extra! Which I caught, and they had tacked on extra insurance. Which I had already declined. Honestly it was the worst U-Haul experience I've ever had. If you don't believe me, look in their office. They have a sign that says, "If you are in a big rush or feeling impatient, consider a prayer" And they have an ashes earn labeled, "Ashes of problem customers" That's enough right there for U-Haul to stop business with them, in my opinion. This is the most un-professional place I've been to.
