Fantastic experience. Brittany answered all my questions over three phone calls. When my movers needed to meet at an earlier time, she offered to come in a half an hour early just so I could grab the truck and meet them. This is what customer service is supposed to look like. Can't recommend highly enough!
During our move, we rented uhaul trucks and trailers 3 different times from this Uhaul dealer. Brittany was wonderful help, professional, friendly, and went the extra mile to help us. Because of Brittany and her customer service, I look forward to the next time we do business here!
