Reserved a 15 foot then 30 minutes prior to pick up received an email stating that my reservation had been changed to a 20 foot at a higher rate. The salesman was kind enough to lower the price to what I should have paid. Thank you sir!! Was going to give this review less stars but felt they honored the reservation. Truck drove well and appeared to be well taken care of. Didn't get 5 stars because if you reserve something, it should be there when you arrive. That is the point of a reservation after all.
You won't find a better rental experience in the city. Thanks U-Haul
