Rented a truck, the after hours rental process didn't work. The owner owns the coffee shop next door and one of the gals has helped out before. But she refused to help, we were stuck with no vehicle and were charged for the trucks but were left stranded. I tried calling in to discuss after our trip, but the never answer the phone. Never again!
