The guy at the pick up location in Arcata that you all switched me to instead of eureka where my storage is located, didn’t want to do his job. It took over 40 minutes to get my truck. When I finally got the truck in Arcata, and went to my storage unit in Eureka, WHERE THERE WERE PLENTY IF 15’ TRUCKS AVAILABLE, the only guy working still had the storage area blocked in with other trucks. It was after 9 and access is 7am. He took 15 minutes to finally move just one of the trucks. I decided to move my storage out of the makeshift truck bed in eureka (that leaks) because you won’t stop jacking up the price!!! Moved it to different company,, and larger storage unit (in a BUILDING, not used uhaul truck beds) for more than half the price!!! I have spent thousands with uhaul over the last few years, but will never deal with you again. Waste of money and time!

I had an incredible experience at U-Haul today, I was nervous about how it would work out but the cashier Susan handled everything graciously and with ease. Best experience ever! Thanks for your patience :) Definitely will rent again from this location.

I mean, it's also a gas station and convenience store, but they also rent U-Haul trucks. If I was going to rent a U-Haul to do some local moving, this is where I would go. If I was going to take a truck out of the area, I'd go to the place on Jacobs.

Got all my moving done in town..cost me $208. They advertise the $39 in town rate and get you with the $1.70something a mile. Plus the $80 you put back in gas lol.

They need a safety latch to prevent the back from opening while traveling. (Or an alarm/light to tell you its open -inside the cab)!? Scary...and luckily, nobody got hurt! :(
