I rented a truck and car dolly in Illinois and drove them to Waco, my new home. Everything went great, and I turned both truck and dolly in 2 days EARLY. BUT, my account showed that the car dolly never got turned in. I called Chris the owner, and he said, he'd fix it and there would be NO charge, nothing to worry about. He Lied! I ended up getting an extra charge for turning in the car dolly late, so I called Chris again, he said it would be fixed definitely by Monday. He Lied again! I had to call UHaul national in the evening Monday after nothing was fixed, the national UHaul representative said they are going to fix this obviously dishonest charge. I'll never trust this owner.

This location went above and beyond to help us even when it was our fault messing up our booking. It was a bit of a slow wait but only because they spend as much time as each customer needs answering every question thoroughly and taking care of every need.

I was not properly explained about the fees and the charges that I would be paying for upon returning equipment to the store

I had a positive experience there at JUST STICKERS/ U HAUL, PEOPLE WAS HELPFUL AND EQUIPMENT WAS CLEAN, I WOULD RENT FROM THEM AGAIN, AND TELL MY FRIENDS.
