Tried to get a couple propane tanks filled. There was only one person working the front counter. She was sitting with a customer who had reserved a truck through the website for a 5:00 pm reservation. It was 5:20 when I arrived so I would assume that she had been waiting for 20 minutes at this point. There were two other customers patiently waiting behind her. I waited for 15 minutes and they were still trying to figure out how to get this customer a truck because there was a problem with the reservation that was made online. Terrible customer service.
