I had the employee on staff that day hook up the trailer to my pickup truck, wanting to make sure that it was done properly. Unfortunately, it wasn't. When I was attempting to get onto the on-ramp for US30, the trailer popped off of the ball hitch and was bouncing back and forth behind the pickup truck. The only thing that saved the trailer from being damaged was the safety chains were put on properly. I am very lucky that the traffic behind me had already kept a clear distance from me.

I rented a truck for my move the guys were very polite, it was quick and easy. I left my phone in the truck and went I went back for it they went out and found it. Everybody was very polite and friendly

The moving truck was full of glass and nails in the back. Apparently no one bothered to check despite it saying a $ 25 cleaning fee! The sign said stay in truck and someone would come out and check you in- well NO ONE DID! Had to go in and find only one person working with a line.

Using the app quick and easy. The drive was smooth from Nebraska to Ohio. Drop off was a breeze.

The two gentlemen that greeted me as I entered showed so much patience toward a customer who made her reservation for 2AM instead of 2PM. They got everything sorted out and I was on my way within a few minutes. Returning the UHaul was simple and the same gentlemen were welcoming and informative. Will definitely do business with them again if the need arises. Thanks UHaul of Lima!!
