Turiq H. assisted me today with booking a one-way U-Haul Truck, secured 2 movers from Eternity Movers, and loaded a stack of 25 boxes into my car! He was engaging and gave thorough explanations of my options and the details I needed. It was a good experience!

Renting the truck was no problem. But when we went back to return the truck, the guy was very rude. Didn’t speak and was on his phone the whole time but kept telling us what was wrong with the truck. There was some dust I admit but the way that he was talking to us was not ok. Then had the nerve to ask the guy that I was with where he was from as if that mattered… The customer service here sucks…I definitely will NOT be renting again.

Great rental store and customer services , walked in the store looking for a bike 🚲 rack where Dan helped me out by showing me the available options they offered. He was also very helpful and showed me which he recommended and they installed my hitch at a very reasonable price. Definitely coming back if I ever need any of there services again . A+

The phone system is brutal. Several prompt menus to get through before you can even get to ring to a person. That didn't help me at all since they then tell you all representatives are busy. So I go by the place and they have a lot full of moving vans, see the picture. The parking lot is small, with equipment every where, people parked allover, little in the way of signage and with just a few spaces and the only one available was one with a lolly column right behind it, I parked off to the side just like another pick up was. Apparently, I also walked through the wrong door, which was literally open and said nothing about not using it. The woman working was extremely rude about my parking choice and the door I walked through. If you don't want people to walk through doors, don't have them open or maybe put a sign. I moved my car and came back to be rudely and in an unprofessional manner told there was nothing available. Look, I get it that people reserved them, I would have loved to call and find that out, but also an inventory management system that allows customers to tie up a piece of equipment for little to no money and without earning mileage is frustrating. This business benefits from lack of competition, you'll go here cause you have to, but just prepare ahead of time and be ready to have them be annoyed at you for using their business.

booked the uhaul yesterday, was told i had 24 hrs and to drop the key off. 1 hr in I get a message stating I have to return it within 3 hrs! I call today to mention that it was inconvenient and they shld look into it. I get the manager who has no people skills, is rude and hangs up the phone! Instead of apologizing for it! ZERO stars for her customer service!!
