Had a lovely dinner with my husband here on Prime Rib Saturday. Their little salad bar is well stocked...they got the good ranch! 😉 The prime rib was excellent and chicken fried stake was as well. Place was clean, cute and staff was polite, helpful and quick. We had a slice of keylime pie and it was good wish it had a bit more lime but I have had worse elsewhere. Its nice to have a spot near us to have a good prime rib. We were driving to lake Jackson when we saw the Saturday special was prime rib. We will definitely be stopping by more often.
We had fried mushrooms and boudin balls. Pork tenderloin sandwich, my husband got the Bernard burger. Everything was very good and fresh. We ended up with doggy bag. Service was also great. Will deffiently come again.

We decided not to eat here after all although it did show a lot of promise. They had a varied menu and I was especially interested in the fried catfish which you could also order grilled. Prices were not cheap but they were reasonable. It's in an out-of-the-way place but sometimes that can be an advantage.
This is hands down the best home town diner in Brazoria!! The staff is friendly, my food is always good, and the price is very reasonable!! I try to make it at least once a week and grab a “Swamp Burger” or chicken tenders for me and my girls.
