One of my best lounge experiences till date, all thanks to the gracious and super helpful TK lounge employees. A special shout-out to Ms. Sevinc - I was facing some card issues, and she was so patient and kind throughout, which really made me day. I'd recommend everyone with access to this lounge to definitely drop by for a relaxing time before you aboard your flight. They've got good options for dining, with lots of vegetarian items too. Restrooms are spacious and well maintained - a must have! They even have a shower room, so it's so helpful when you need to freshen ol before a long flight. All in all, it's been an incredible experience, and the credit goes to the staff that go above and beyond to ensure the guests have a good time.
One of the best lounges I have ever visited! The food was super fresh, with different turkish cuisine menus available for breakfast and lunch (probably for dinner as well, though I didn’t stay that long). Each time a flight was departing, the staff made sure to announce it so no one would miss their boarding, which I found very thoughtful. The staff overall were friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help. The bartender was also great — professional, approachable, and happy to prepare good cocktails and turkish coffee on request. I also used the shower service, which was an absolute lifesaver after a long transatlantic flight — refreshing and clean. The only downside was the constant line for the restrooms, especially during the first half of the day, which could get a bit frustrating. Still, the lounge itself was quiet and comfortable, and I was able to rest before my two upcoming flights. Overall, I have enjoyed my stay and wouldn’t even wanted to try other lounges and I highly recommend this lounge for its excellent service and relaxing atmosphere.
The place is tight very very busy all the time and the staff are always running around. The food and the experience is good but can be made better the lounge has two levels the first floor is where u get the food and the upper level is a more business resting place. The restroom are seriously chaotic hope they fix the lock as they can't be locked and have a symbol of vancy and available but would prefer a lock in the restroom.
Really enjoyed the Turkish Airlines lounge at Dulles. The food was great, especially the lamb koftas and rice pudding. Bathrooms were very clean, the prayer rooms were nice and quiet, and the staff was friendly and welcoming. Overall a solid lounge experience before a long flight.
One of the best serving lounges at Dulles Airport in Virginia and in the USA. It was indeed a memorable experience for self & family. Food varieties are superb. Must try their daily soups (lentils is 1). Chicken , meat, Humus and salads were among the list. Deserts are delicious, rice puddings, brownies and baklawa are on the menu. Turkish tea & coffee are a must and many types of teas, coffees and various drinks are abundant. The staff are very courteous and helpful. Very neat place and gets very crowded because it is a very popular destination that made our travel very enjoyable. The place can an accommodate around 75+ persons having 2 floors with spacious lounges. Having Visa infinite card brand and Priority Pass allow easy access. In short Turkish airlines lounges stands out as top winner in my view. Congrats to Mgt and Virginia for having such a top lovely place. God bless 🌺
