I needed someone right away without any notice. They made it happen. Fast, friendly, professional! 5 stars are definitely deserved

I assign one star only because I cannot assign zero. I was told someone would arrive between 20-30 minutes to take me to a wedding. No one showed. On calling the dispatcher, I was told they would call immediately. 10 minutes later, I was told they called, when no one had. On asking to confirm they called the correct number, no response was given except expletives. Another voice then joined the conversation demanding my credit card before going to “make this worth his while” and that it would be at least 45 minutes. No credit card was ever brought up on initially calling the dispatcher. I am now missing a dear friend’s wedding after being strung along for nearly an hour with no transportation. Worst experience and zero professionalism.

I am highly recommended all the services that Turbo Cab provided. Good costomer service , good driver , nice clean car . If you have any type of party , don’t hesitate to ask for limousine.
