In town for a baseball tournament, this was the most appealing in the town. We arrived to a nearly empty dining room at 4pm on a Wednesday. Got drinks and ordered. Food was served, all delicious but the service was quite poor. I would return for the 5 star meal, but would pray for better, more attentive service.

Worsest customer service ever! Ordered my husband's food without cheese and they added a lot and a little extra. When I told the waitress named (Betty) she was super disrespectful and aggressive saying that we hadn't said no cheese ,she was in a super bad mood like its our fault she had to come into work today 😅😅😅. With a bad attitude she took the plate back came back and almost threw the plate at my husband😡, food was cold and not great at all🤮. Save your money you'd be better of and happier with a MCDONALD'S Happy meal! 😅😁

Traveling through and stopped by TuCasa...have eaten Mexican food all over the world and this is authentic Mexican cuisine... sauces are exceptional, food delicious, portions very generous. I had chicken enchiladas mole and husband had 3 different enchiladas each with unique sauce...may stick around a few more days to experience more of this extensive menu (and I'm not even a foody). Also, super kind, friendly staff and excellent service. Don't understand disparaging reviews about staff, those people must be difficult people to please.

I lived in Baja for 2 years and San Diego for most of my life. Definitely some of the worst Mexican food I've had. I've had better in NorCal. I've eaten here many times and had takeout. Changed up my order to try a good majority of everything. They also charge for takeout boxes, lol. Like seriously?

I went here with my husband and our friends. Our experience as a whole was less than ideal. The server was very inattentive. Our friend’s food was subpar, and although my food tasted good, it was practically forgotten by the server and the kitchen. All food at our table had been delivered and the server who took our order couldn’t remember what I ordered and thought I had ordered something completely different. When reminding him of my original order, I did not receive it until after all our friends had finished eating. There were maybe 10 other people in the restart in addition to my group of 6 at this time and a total of two servers for the whole restaurant. I would be more understanding if they were more busy or if it was just the one server as I have been in the service industry myself. I then had to go to the bar and ask for the check because we had been waiting for a while after finishing our meal. I asked for a discount on my food because the inconvenience and extended time it took to get a salad- virtually no cooking involved. They indeed did NOT give us a discount. I would not come here again and honestly wouldn’t recommend anyone I know to come here either.
