I went to the drive through yesterday BECAUSE they DIDN'T think to send out new cards BEFORE the merger was complete so now my atm card is no longer valid. Anyway at the drive through the teller sent me a withdrawal sheet to fill out and I put myself on it for who I wanted the funds to come to; instead of she writing my name on top of where I put "myself" she wanted me to fill the whole form out AGAIN. This is like the fourth time I have had some issues from this bank.This lady wasn't helpful at all. I am currently looking for a new bank.

Teller would not cash my check because she said names dont match even after I showed her 3 forms identification drivers license , id card and bank account. I have been cashing the same checks for 2+ years and no issues at all. Walked in to another nearest suntrust and cashed it no problem.

This branch is horrible. I made a withdrawal from the ATM and the serial numbers was missing on the money. They will not refund me my money or credit my account for something that came out of their machine with missing serial numbers. Between the branch and call customer service, I've been getting the run around all day. Inside the branch they was very rude and wouldn't look at receipts or check the cameras to verify the withdrawal I made. I'm closing my account after over ten years of service.

Closing my account by the end of the week . I’ve never had to deal with such unprofessionalism when it was just suntrust. I’ve tried calling to dispute a claim that was denied although I showed them proper evidence to show I never received the product. I call the claim & fraud number & the Repeatedly hung up in my face 5 times. I’m done . Can’t even get a real person to help me with my issue.
