Bugs don't bother me too much, but this was gross. This guy was waiting on the ground dying, like a mint on my pillow would have been. We only paid $60 bucks for the night and I actually slept fine.

Front desk guy was very nice. The area and surroundings were fine. The room was dirty sheets had stains bathroom had stains in tub and around toilet. The rug was filthy the cleaning lady was very nasty and rude. I asked for extra top sheet because it was cold she told me no. Not polite at all and will never return again when I'm in town.

It was a last minute stay so I can be close to my work so I went with the cheapest I found. I called and talked to a person to make a reservation and to inquire about their late check-out. I told them that I found it on Booking.com for $56 including tax& fees. The person on the other line said he can give me $49.99 if I booked directly with Travelodge and that's with the late check-out, he also mentioned that he was giving me a discount coz I work for one of the casinos around... I've also informed them that I would be checking in very late. I get there around 4:30am and they give me my bill which exceeded $60, I explained to the guy that I was told $49.99 by whoever I spoke with earlier. He said $60 is their lowest rate. It being so late and me just wanting to rest, I just took it. I get to my room and find a dead cockroach on the floor, and a used toothpick near the office table (they won't let me attach the pics here). The bathroom light barely worked and around 10am there's a person outside constantly yelling. Later that day, around 2pm, I get ready to leave and find multiple dents on my car that is parked on their lot. I report it right away and they took my info to give their manager who wasnt there at the time. They have cameras coz I saw my car on one of their monitors. It took the manager over 2 weeks to reach out to me, after me constantly calling the place. This incident happened on Aug 14th and I still havent gotten any updated information from them. I was hoping they would help, thats why i waited to post a review but its been over a month and still NOTHING! Don't stay here! God forbid something happens to you or your car, nobody will be willing to help. There are a lot of other places to stay in the same area, pick one of those instead.
