The best thing I can say is the sheets were clean and decent TV. Only stay here if you are looking for the worst conditions you can find. Door into room almost impossible to open(brute strength) TILE floors...dirty would be kind, no light fixture over the sink, tub wouldn't drain, overhead light fixture hanging from ceiling by wiring, refrigerator only cool and less the clean, microwave simular--but not as bad, The bugs I saw were all just small roaches. Rooms are cheat but overpriced for their condition.
This was quite possibly the most disgusting place I've ever paid money to stay at.... ceilings had a bunch of water damage.. floor was missing tiles...most of the light fixtures didn't work or have a working bulb in them...water barely worked in the tub and didn't in the sink....the rooms either side were empty so I'm not sure where all the banging noise all night was coming from and the AC didn't work well.....maid was nice....best I can say..pay the extra $10 anf stay next door
Sucks one of the worst in Albany Refrigerator had not been cleaned in months mildew and dirt all in it bugs and roaches. The maid never knocked on our door one time and asked us if we needed towels or anything they do not clean the rooms it's the nastiest filthiest motel I've been in in my life I wouldn't recommend it to nobody
The rooms suck with a passion. You guys should do better with the roaches infested in the top rooms. Not being able to get the room we desire every time we come is a disappointment. And we should have a 24 hour time frame of keeping the room at the time we buy it. They have many bed bugs which is very disgusting, and the air and heater didn't work which means i froze overnight. I saw a rat run under the dresses and was scared to death. A horrible smell was pushed to my face as i entered the room.
I actually give it no stars stayed for a week and the rooms were filthy had to beg for towels everyday , no one cleaned my room the whole time. My family got bit by bed bugs and I now have to take all my stuff to the dry cleaners because they are infested with bed bugs. They keep the hotel so dark in the rooms so you can't see them but OMG it's horrible. I even took some bedbugs to the front office in a foam cup and asked for a refund or cleaner bill payment and was refused and offered another room which I could only imagine would be just as bad. Don't ever stay there . In my opinion this is the type of motel that should be shutdown by the health department. There was also a rat the size of my dog.
