Beds were very uncomfortable, room smelled, very rundown. Garbage all around the outside. Do not recommend no matter what the price. Breakfast was a joke.
It meets the needs of a basic, clean hotel - nothing fancy. The staff was pleasant. My only complaints are that the room was not cleaned during our stay, so we ran out of toilet paper & clean towels, and there was no "hot" breakfast. To be fair though, I don't think they advertised what kind of breakfast they offered. Also, we had no Kleenexes in the room; just an empty box in the bathroom upon check-in.
U know they give u a good price on a roo. But bend u over if u have a pet we make more of a mess than our pet would shame on u
I needed an early check-in which was easily accommodated. Thank you. They do accept pets so that's a bonus however if you are put clear down at the end of the hall, every time the exterior door opens and closes it sounds like somebody's trying to get into your room. There was also a large gap between the door and the framing for the door so I could actually see into the hallway through the crack. Not much privacy in terms of that. In terms of the room there was a small thin blanket on the bed and that was it. It was cold at night so I did have to crank up the heater. And ladies...don't forget your shampoo because the shampoo they provide is in a little packet and you get less than a dimes worth of shampoo out of each packet. For someone with long hair (mine is to my lower back), it doesn't work well. Price was good but when you have to go low on the price I guess you get low on the amenities. Don't think I'll be returning to this place.
Could hardly understand the English of the woman while booking over the phone. She asked for credit card # over the phone which I gave to her. It was a difficult conversation. The room was very small. There was a terrible odor coming from the room. We left the window open, when it was freezing outside, to help with that. In the middle of the night, I finally figured out the smell was coming from the bathroom...maybe the vent...pungent odor, maybe weed? It was making me nauseous. I told her in the morning how awful it was. Asked her to come to the bathroom to smell it. She said she had 13 other guests and no one else complained. She would not come to smell it. She did not want to hear the problem. She kept looking away and saying "ok Ma'am". I have never made a complaint like this about a motel before. I will NEVER stay here again. Before staying here, you should know that our carpet was ripped badly and coming loose, the fridge is tiny, the microwave is ancient but does work, and it absolutely stinks, and you probably won't get a smile from anyone! I think they hate their jobs!
