Very disappointed in the service and experience! We dropped off (5) N scale pieces we needed fixed in December of 2024! After several trip(s) to and from the store in an attempt to retrieve our items. (5) back and forth be exact and numerous phone calls, over the course of a year. The owner, Tim Driscoll and his team lost (3) of our N Scale locomotives and was not apologetic or helpful! VERY Poor Customer Service, lack of transparency, honesty and integrity. I would highly NOT recommend using or going to this Train store. As an avid collector of N Scale Trains for over 55 years very displeased.
