OTR Driver here. Delivered here. Friendly folks, unloading good. They tend to start unloading at around 0700 here. Dock access/correct setup is best coming around the back of the store on the opposite side of the TS building, this sets you up for the dock ramp. Be aware that there is a Dollar General next to them which if they have a delivery going on will block access to the TS dock, in my case they were delivering the night I arrived but my delivery appt.was for next morning so worked out okay. OVNP yes in back off to the side. See photos for further details.

Last Saturday I purchased a 5000/4000 champion generator from Tractor Supply. Today we opened the box and tried to run the generator, which poured gasoline out of the bottom of the generator almost as fast as we poured it in the gas tank. I took it back to the store and exchanged it for another Champion generator of the same model etc. Upon getting this one home and unboxing it we again tried to run it after pouring in all required liquids. IT WOUDNT CRANK AND RUN. we tried using engine starter in the carburetor but IT WOULDNT RUN! I called the manufacturer and after giving him the model and serial I found out that this GENERATOR IS 2 YEARS OLD AND THAT CHAMPION ASKS ALL RETAILERS TO SELL THEIR GENERATOR BEFORE 6 MONTHS because of the fuel stabilizer put in the fuel tank. I WAS ALSO TOLD THAT THESE GENERATORS ARE ALL RUN BEFORE THEY LEAVE THE MANUFACTURER TO ENSURE THEY ARE GOOD. I AM VERY DISAPPOINTED IN TRACTOR SUPPLY at this point! I WILL THINK LONG AND HARD BEFORE I PURCHASE ANYTHING ELSE OF SUBSTANTIAL COST! I am purchasing Seafoam as the manufacturer suggests AT MY COST in hopes this generator will run. Otherwise, I don t know what else to do but return it. Why are you selling 2-year-old generators that evidently have been rough handled (first one we bought) and set up so long they won t run???? I CANNOT BELIEVE THAT I BOUGHT WHAT I THOUGHT WAS A NEW GENERATOR ONLY TO FIND OUT IT IS 2 YEARS OLD!!!!!!!!

I love Tractor Supply! They have unique items that you just can't find other places as well as helpful, friendly employees. It's not the lowest priced place in town, but you get good quality products & service.
