On August 27, 2023 the Valet that was employed by TOWNE PARK at the Marriott in Downtown DC dragged my brand new Mercedes GLE 350 down a wall. Towne Park has repaired the damage finally after my car was in the shop for 4 months. Because my car was BRAND NEW on my Carfax Report that I sent them it has severe depreciation on my vehicle. Towne Park in the beginning was apologetic and on board to correct their accident that was caused by them as well as pay the depreciation once the final damage was repaired. Since I have gotten my car back December 29, 2023 they will not respond to me in regards to the payment of the depreciation of my vehicle which they agreed to on September 11, 2023. If ANYONE KNOW WHO OR HOW I CAN CONTACT ANYONE AT TOWNE PARK YOUR ASSISTANCE WOOULD BE GREATLY APPRECIATED!!!!!
The valet left my car keys in another vehicle. The company did not follow up with the other vehicle and I never received my ENTIRE set of keys. The company was very lax on assisting in rectifying the matter. It took days for them to replace my car key and they never assisted with replacing my remaining keys. Do not trust them with your vehicle.
Parking garage states inaccurate height clearance . A low hanging pipe damaged my brand new car- and towne park claims “it isn’t their problem” . Update your signs to reflect the height of all your low hanging pipes. Absolutely unbelievable.
Honestly Yeshaw gave me the best experience! I had the best service from him and he handled everything in a professional manner at the concierge and the parking lot too. Thank you Yeshaw made my life easier while in Arlington!!!
I got vallet and was told it was 8$ on a Tuesday night. Then waited 30 min for my car until a guy told me I had to walk 2 blocks to their office for my car? Isn't that the point of vallet to not walk? Than charged me 25$ and got an attitude bc I had questions. Do not recommend.
