If I could give more stars, I would. This place is absolutely great. They offer great services such as the full body testing. I’m able to track my progress and have taken a big jump in my fitness. Love this place. Friendly staff that will provide nutrition advice for any diet. They also have an InBody scanner.

I been saying to go to total nutrition all the time even my friends been pushing me but now am ready to change my body so I think I decided the right thing to go there and ask to get the body mass and a diet plan and ready to start my new journey.
